If you are interested in flute lessons, weddings or special events, or if you just want to say hi - please drop me a line!  I'd love to hear from you!

I took lessons with Kallie for the three years that she was studying for her DMA at FSU. While I played challenging repertoire, her focus was always the big picture. She took care to make sure I was physically, mentally, and musically ready to perform. She was always full of new ideas to help me practice or enjoy playing the flute. If I didn’t understand something in a lesson, she was an unending resource of different tips and tricks. Her connection with her students also set her apart from other private teachers that I have had. I really enjoyed being a student of Kallie’s, and I definitely miss her now that she’s gone!

Kallie epitomizes the meaning of a teacher - one who is passionate, patient, expects the best, and believes in those she leads. I was fortunate to have Kallie as my flute instructor after 38 years of not playing at all! She was in tune to my “oldness” (she does has a gift of connecting with her students) and now I am back to doing something I love very much.
